Hosted by USGBC National Capital Region, this Thought Leadership Panel will provide an overview of DC’s Building Energy Performance Standards (BEPS) requirements as well as strategies and guidelines for facility managers, owners, and developers to help their existing buildings meet or exceed BEPS targets. The panel will represent perspectives from the policy side, including individuals involved in drafting DC’s BEPS, comparisons to BEPS in other cities and counties, and the view of practitioners engaged in the process of working to meet BEPS.
