This position is co-located between the District of Columbia Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), Office of the Director, and the University of the District of Columbia (UDC), Office of the President. The incumbent will report to the DOEE Operations Services Administration, Green Economy Branch Deputy Director, or designee(s). The incumbent will be responsible for a variety of program analyst functions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of organizational structures in relation to the partnership and collaborative efforts between DOEE and UDC. The incumbent will also develop work products that support DOEE and UDC partnership initiatives.
