The City of Alexandria is seeking a Principal Planner – Green Building Manager. This position is located in the Development Review Division and will perform a variety of project management functions in the Department of Planning and Zoning. This position is responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of sustainable green building practices in the review of large, complex development proposals to ensure consistency with the City’s vision and adopted policies, including the Green Building Policy and Environmental Action Plan.
