This position is located in DC’s Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), Utility Affordability Administration, Utility Affordability Division (UAD). This position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the division, provide high level technical assistance and direction to senior managers, energy technicians and specialists, and administrative staff by developing, planning, coordinating, and implementing the programs to attain the goals and objectives of the Division, as well as oversee and administer programs and activities concerned with providing conservation and energy efficiency services to commercial, residential, institutional, and governmental sectors, providing both information on energy assistance and extend energy assistance to qualifying households.
