The 2023 MCEC Legislative Reception will be held on February 23, from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM, in a hybrid format to host in-person networking and allow remote attendees to learn from guest speakers on topics connected to the climate and energy legislation, and related workforce and economic priorities, under consideration by the Maryland General Assembly.
