Cities across the country are learning from Baltimore’s program and implementing Resiliency Hub models of their own. Aubrey Germ, the Climate and Resilience Planner for Baltimore’s Office of Sustainability, manages the Community Resilience Hub program and will present the concept of a resilience hub, what the program and partnership entail, and the ins and outs of how Hubs operate. She will also share examples of how they’ve been effective resources for the communities they serve, including during the COVID-19 pandemic.
