ICLEI has partnered with the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law, housed in Columbia University Law School, to help our members tackle some of the questions they face. The July 20, 2021 clinic will focus on Carbon Taxes, Fees, or Other Charges. The last clinic in the series will cover City Engagement in Public Utilities Commissions Proceedings (September 21).
