The Maryland RISE Program will be offered to Maryland electric grid operators and related eligible stakeholders on a competitive basis. Eligible applicants are defined by Section 40101(d) of the federal Bipartisan Infrastructure Law. The Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA), which will be published later this summer, will provide full eligibility requirements.
