The Maryland Energy Administration (MEA) provides rebates through the Commercial Clean Energy Rebate Program (C-CERP) to eligible businesses, nonprofits, local governments, and State of Maryland government agencies and departments that install eligible clean energy systems on facilities located within the State. For C-CERP, eligible clean energy systems can be purchased by the applicant, or installed through third-party ownership.
