Available to nonprofit organizations and local governments, the Maryland Energy Administration’s (MEA) Low-to-Moderate Income Grant Program is designed to support energy efficiency projects and activities for low-to-moderate-income (LMI) Marylanders. Grants are awarded for energy efficiency projects that generate significant reductions in energy use and pass on the benefits of the savings to Maryland’s LMI residents. Applications are due by November 1, 2021.
