The Mid-Atlantic Electrification Partnership project, a $6M, 39-month effort funded by the US Department of Energy, has launched. The purpose of this program is to support and foster a regional electric vehicle (EV) ecosystem in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia. The Partnership is administering the deployment of more than 200 free or low-cost EV charging stations across the mid-Atlantic region. If you have any real estate locations for possible installation of EV charging stations, specifically in areas with the potential for high utilization, please contact Ira Dorfman and Alleyn Harned.
