The Virginia Department of Emergency Management (VDEM) has opened up the pre-application process for FY 2021 Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) Grant Program. Pre-applications are due to VDEM November 10, 2021. Applications will undergo a peer review process in December and VDEM will submit to FEMA in January 2022.
