This position is in the District Department of Transportation (DDOT), Project Delivery Administration, Planning and Sustainability Division (PSD). The incumbent provides expertise and analysis in the interpretation of air quality, climate change, and resiliency guidelines and programs; conducts research; develops agency policies, procedures, and practices to ensure agency compliance with air quality requirements.
