This position is located in the Department of Energy and Environment (DOEE), Natural Resources Administration, Water Quality Division, Standards and TMDLs Branch. The incumbent serves as Branch Chief of the Standards and TMDLs Branch with responsibility for managing the day-to-day operation, high-level technical assistance, and executive direction for the branch. The branch chief coordinates closely with other DOEE branches and divisions, other District of Columbia Government agencies, stakeholders, and regional and federal agencies to ensure the protection of clean waterways for the health of our communities.
