The Deputy Assistant Administrator (DAA) for Program Operations, in coordination with the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Management, and the Principal Deputy Assistant Administrator (PDAA), shares fully with the OEJECR Assistant Administrator (AA) in all phases of work supervising and managing OEJECR. Specific responsibilities of the position include: Leading operational responsibilities across a full range of programmatic issues including planning, direction, and execution of program policy guidance, strategic planning, enforcement, and overall management of environmental justice, conflict prevention and resolution, and external civil rights program operations.
