This professional position is responsible for the management of all aspects of Frederick County’s Division of Energy and Environment’s public outreach efforts across all media platforms. The primary function is to provide and manage strategies to inform citizens, media, businesses, and others of all energy, climate, and environmental events and activities especially related to the Departments of Stormwater and Climate & Energy. This includes planning, projects, programs, regulatory compliance, public meetings, policies, and events.
