The Program Manager I serves as the Building Decarbonization Section Head for the Climate Change Program. The Climate Change Program is responsible for developing and implementing Maryland’s nation-leading state policies to reduce and sequester greenhouse gas emissions to mitigate the impacts of climate change. The main purpose of this position is to improve the health and welfare of people and the environment while developing a dynamic clean energy economy in Maryland.
