This new full-time position will be supporting implementation of the county’s Community Energy and Sustainability Master Plan (CESMP). This plan focuses on strategies to reduce the county’s greenhouse gas emissions, incorporate renewable energy, and make the county more resilient to the effects of climate change. The plan’s recommendations address county transportation, energy, building efficiency, natural resource protection, and climate adaptation.
