This role provides strategic support that strengthens donor engagement, advances moves management priorities, and equips leadership, frontline fundraisers, and the Campaign Cabinet to make meaningful progress with individual donors and prospects. With the Campaign now successfully at its mid-point, this role will be instrumental in guiding the transition to a fully in-house campaign structure and will serve as the central hub for coordinating internal Campaign activities.
In your day-to-day role, you will prepare written donor strategies, develop tailored cultivation approaches, and ensure that donor insights, campaign data, and next steps are clear and actionable. You will partner closely with senior leadership to support their out-the-door donor engagement efforts—anticipating needs, preparing materials, identifying strategic opportunities, and ensuring that leadership and Campaign Cabinet interactions with top prospects are timely, well-informed, and high-impact.
