The Power Saver Retrofit (PSR) Program is an effort by Frederick County’s Division of Energy and Environment. Through the PSR program, a limited number of eligible homeowners will receive a comprehensive Home Performance with Energy Star audit and energy efficiency improvements for their home. If the audit determines that a home’s heating and cooling system (HVAC) needs to be replaced, funds may be available for both efficiency improvements and HVAC replacement.
