This capacity-building ICLEI cohort provides structured technical assistance to guide local governments through the steps necessary to develop a Sustainability Plan. A sustainability plan addresses social, economic, and environmental elements of community development and management. COG member jurisdictions are eligible to participate in ICLEI cohorts (at no cost) via COG’s regional ICLEI membership.
