Continuing a long tradition of libraries being places to seek shelter from major weather events, Alexandria Library has established a Climate Resilience Hub in the Kate Waller Barrett Branch. Climate Resilience Hubs provide information about climate change as well as resources to help community members prepare for climate change related challenges. This hub offers climate change related materials, event programming, and a public forum to discuss the changing climate.
